I have been going to the Sparta Verizon store for many years and will never go any where else. The customer service is second to none. They treat their customers like they are family. My visit today was no different. Jeremy and Matt took the time to make sure my issue was resolved before I left the store. I Highly recommend this store to everyone.

Went with my father to get him a new phone upgrading from a basic phone to a smart phone. Joe and John were extremely helpful and patient with us. They explained benefits without being pushy. I would recommend this location to anyone who appreciates good customer service.
Awesome customer service. Switched from Sprint to Verizon. John walked us through the whole process. He made it painless fast and was willing to assist over the phone if any issue arises. Definitely going to recommend this location to everyone. Can't say enough nice things about the service and family feeling atmosphere. Calm and no pressure. Enjoying my new smarthub and two phones.
Jeremy the manager continued to feed us incorrect assinine information every time we asked a question. He went so far as to tell me that he owned both stores, when in reality he is just a manager. Absolutely aweful customer service that was patronizing At every turn. Stay away from this place and head to a different retailer. Jeremy when you read this, tan drivers with white ankle socks is an aweful look. You resemble the business casual version of a shoobie.
