Christina Calvo was easy to work with when we bought our house! She was on top of the paperwork for purchase, helped us see so many properties until we decided and made the purchase so fast and efficient! We are using them again to purchase our next home and have seen so many properties already! I would recommend Pinnacle ANYTIME!
Too bad this site makes you choose a star because I would give them a negative 5 star. This company is the most unprofessional and unethical company out there. Why the banks keep using them I will never know. I have tried to have multiple deals with this company and they same process continually happens - NOTHING.
I was making an offer on a house with a 4 pm cutoff. They behaved so strangely and were too lazy to email me the offer letter when they had all day. I called many times To be honest I would avoid this company at all costs. They could care less about trying to do business.

Have been trying to see a house for a week without luck. Can't even get a callback from the broker. Have spoken to a live person at their office who keeps telling me I'll get a callback but then never do. Email doesn't work either. Very strange way to do business.
This company is, without a doubt, the most unprofessionally run establishment I've ever had the displeasure of working with. We were forced to work with Jill, whose title is actually "coordinator" and not even "broker," to close on a house. Her representation of herself, Pinnacle and Freddie Mac were below elementary, often bordering on levels of incompetence. She was uncooperative, unwilling (or unable) to help and our attorney even called her "hostile." Imagine that, a battle scarred real-estate attorney calling a coordinator hostile! She went out of her way to consistently impede us every step of the way, even for things we were prepared to pay for! If it wasn't for the fine work of the people at Freddie Mac, we never could have closed on this house. If you find yourself in the same situation, do whatever you can to speak to Freddie Mac directly, and avoid Pinnacle Realty like the plague… Otherwise I can guarantee you will not get the house you're looking at, regardless of whether you have the willingness or the money.
