My husband and I are very please with our experience. I am now saying, "everyone should do this". It seems like an unpleasant thing but EVERYONE at Askin & Hooker made this a very comforting experience. You come away feeling that you have made, what might be a very sad and stressful experience for family, much easier. Everything is laid out for your executor in one book one location with no questions for those we leave behind to wonder and worry about.
This office is INCREDIBLE. Lauren Van Gordon, the legal assistant my husband and I have dealt with during our closing process, is so extremely helpful and on top of everything. I truly cannot praise her enough. She responds right away, always provides insights and advice, is super friendly, updates us on a regular basis, and even when we encountered a setback, took it upon herself to stay late, handle it, and fight for us. We dealt with another attorney's office in Sparta prior to this, on a house that fell through, and they were not even close in comparison to Askin & Hooker. They were always busy, would take hours to get back to you, and didn't care about fighting for our best interest: all of which Lauren does. I would recommend this office to anyone and could not be happier with our experience!
I've now known Bill for a few years, and Todd for just a few months now. I felt compelled to write this review, on the basis of what they do for the community, and just what great people they are. I don;t know how they do it, but they take their community they serve extremely serious, and always have fun doing it. Every month it seems like the people at Askin and Hooker are giving back, and legitimately caring about it. Some people still know how business is done, and how powerful it can be in helping others out. Cheers to the staff, and cheers to Bill and Todd! Highly recommend using their practice, or just stop by to see how cool the office is:)
Everyone in this office is absolutely great starting with Mr. Askin. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Any issues were addressed right away, all documentation was completed within a reasonable amount of time and it was a very reasonable fee. Highly recommended.
