This review is for the gym section of Titan Gymnastics. It is pretty low cost to join and they do have a variety of workout equipment and dumbbells. Entry is based on a finger print scanner.There is minimal membership on the gym side so you can usually use the machine of your choice.I just wish they would have more than one flat bench.Otherwise, you can't beat the price for a no frills gym.
